St. Mary's assures to provide end-to-end solution i.e. from conceiving the idea to establish own new enterprise till the start of commercial production / activity. Various stages and processes for developing job creators by St. Mary's are: Conceiving the idea / Selection of activity / Technology required and availability, Identification of market place / Project Report / Applying for finance / Applying for License / Permission from PCB / Suggestions/ Advice/Guidance in all areas and matters till the project / commercial production / activity is launched.
Establishment of Micro Enterprises which requires an investment in plant and machinery not exceeding Rs.25 lakhs for manufacturing sector and investment in services sector in equipment not exceeding Rs.10 lakhs for service sector.

Note: In case of establishment of Small Enterprises which requires an investment in plant and machinery between Rs.25 lakhs to Rs.5 crores for manufacturing and investment in services sector in equipment between Rs.10 lakhs to Rs.2 crores, a margin of 25% on project cost is required and there will not be any collateral security.
Objectives of ED Cell:
- To act as an institutional mechanism for providing various services including information to budding student entrepreneurs.
- To create Entrepreneurial culture and inculcate the spirit of Entrepreneurship and promote Social Entrepreneurship and encourage 'Environment / Green projects
- To foster better linkages between the Institution, Government, Industries & Lending Institutions in the region and other related organizations engaged in promoting Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) including NGOs.
- To promote the development of Science & Technology based Enterprises and promote employment opportunities.
- To arrange industry/ study visits with a focus on the existing and successfully running entrepreneurial Units.
